At the end of the test their blood work revealed a decrease in stress hormones and an increase in their white blood cells which would indicate that their immune system had been improved.

There is no doubt that an individual’s sleep habits affect their overall health. Some studies now indicate that a massage can help to promote healthier sleep. The main reason is the effect a massage has on delta waves which are the brain waves associated with deep sleep.
